    Update banking or payment information for Expedia Collect (EC) invoices

    Update your Expedia Collect (EC) banking or payment information in Partner Central if there are changes in your ownership, banking, or payment information. Partners associated with a parent payment account need to contact corporate headquarters or their property manager to make the change at the parent level through an Expedia Collect Payment Information Form (ECPIF).

    Updates to your banking or payment information aren’t required for the following changes:

    • You receive payments through the Expedia Virtual Card (EVC)
    • Property name changes
    • Intermediary bank information, when experiencing higher than normal transaction fees in USD
    • Contact email, phone or fax

    To edit your payment details:

    1. Select Payments from the navigation menu.
    2. Under Quick tasks, select Update your payment information.
    3. Select Edit under Payment from Expedia Group.
    4. Edit your banking information as needed.
    5. Select Save.
